Love SomaFM to death but Ive had problems with the app

Ive listened to Soma religiously the past 5 years. Its changed my views and taste on music and I cant imagine living with out it. I was delighted to see an app and gave it a download. Im running Lion on the most recent macbook pro and have troubles with the app beachballing, freezing, or the play/pause button freezing in place. I suspect this happens when the network connection goes bad.

Anyway I think the app may need some bugs ironed out. Im going back to my SomaFM playlist Ive created in iTunes.
